Hi again, It seems then that all is OK and working then the only difference is I dont have to log in any where, I can BBM, I can access My Account and set up Payment options such as Pay Pal - credit...

Hi, the screen i see with this message is on my Blackberry phone when i go to menu, blackberry ID , not on the blackberry web

All sorted out, When i kept my old mobile number and it switched over to my new 8520 the phone bundle (CONTRACT) got canceled so i lost all the use of Blackberry world, thanks FOR YOUR HELP(y)
