Sadly users see 'blackberry outage' and they really don't care that its Level3 -- it worked before, it didn't work this morning and other services seemed to work (so its not an obvious all internet...

Reports in the news also show Time Warner experienced an outage at the same time as well as RCN.

Perhaps it is a larger issue.

I upgraded my Rogers Bold 9900 using the above instructions. No problemo. Running Bundle 1465 now.
