I pulled the battery and used my back up phone for like an hr and now the 8520 is sending MMS fine. I dunno what caused it to act up but its working now.

no I've had MMS for a long time without a data plan, almost a year I've had this phone. It's just been the last week - week and half that I haven't been able to send or receive MMS

also if it helps I'm on a family plan with my father and fiance and neither one of them are having any problems with MMS. They have a gravity 3 and a smiley both samsung phones not blackberry.

like the tittle says its been over a week now that I havnt been able to send or receive MMS on my 8520. SMS work fine but when I get a MMS it says

i don't believe that a blackberry is any less usable for business without a data plan. u can still sink it with ur computer and still use the calender and other business related applications.
