Where do you find companies that are looking for BES admins? After doing BB support for ATT for almost 3 years I want to stay w/ BBs but do something that pays better. Any ideas where to start...

I had a customer w/ that same problem and it has occured on an 8310 and an 8300 (both AT&T). we decided to do a wipe of the BB and a reload of the OS if needed. Will let you know results when we are...

FYI for any Cingular/AT&T 8525 users that want Blackberry Connect

It is currently not supported through Cingular/AT&T because the ROM version that is on the device hasn't enabled that feature. If you change the ROM version to a different one, you void any warranty...
