So what else can i do? The server clearly responds better when i increase the agents to 5 from 2. If i leave it at 2 i get PIPE FULLS all day long. That was the solution given by the BES5.0 tech...

We have a total of 8 exchange servers, and i increased the number of agents to 5. That seems to work randomly.

How does BES communicate with exchange? is it MAPI or SMTP?

Is there any reason why an exchange server would be affected by BES scanning the mailboxes?
