Note : there are 3 server with different "BESAdmin" and when the problem happen, it is not same time.

Any idea ? Or if we read log MAGT, like what statement log which describe there is no...

I have a problem about mapi connection, it is like disconnect automatic and it effect all user cannot send and receive email. To resolve with uninstall mapi and re install, and it solve.

there is something wrong with pre - installation...

there is something wrong with pre - installation checklist. and make sure you have install not on dmz zone, and check on your internal firewall if you have.

for me it doesn't work,

so i do jlcmd until 507 on my BB and install os. and it is work.
