ATT will give you the unlock code after 90 days of service for accounts in good standing. Just call and request. Mention oversees travel and they'll hand it over in a heartbeat.

I just upgraded from 4.2.2 to the official 4.5.0.101 (?) ATT release and it works perfect. I don't think I want to move up to the most current release unless it fixes something major that I haven't...
