hi, i think you need to wipe your BB clean, install the latest os you can find on Forums or crackberry site, fire up appworld and register a new id. you will need a bis account. having a bis account...

connect your BB to your PC via USB supplied....
connect your BB to your PC via USB supplied. Start desktop manager. Go to back up and restore, go to advanced.
you will see all your applications loading up on the right hand side table.
