Had this indentical issue with Blackberry yesterday ( I too am on 5.0.3, MR1)

Try this on an afflicted Blackberry:

1. go to Options>Advanced Options>Enterprise Activation.

Updated the environment to 5.0.3, MR1 last night.

So I called Support... and was told that the release notes have been gone missing...

We too have experienced a marked improvement since adding MR4 + the latest MAPI+CDO.
FYI: There is rumor of SP3 for 5.0, which is due to drop this week sometime.

My deliveries have gone from batches of emails, delivered in 15 minutes intervals... to delays of zero to three minutes of the originating time stamp.

So far, deliveries to the handhelds are running close to the minute of actual reception, and have been for the past...
