Thanks to both of you for your quick responses. I will check to see if he's changed contracts, and if he can access the web. But it sounds like he needs to contact verizon.

Phone # change; do i need to change anything on server?

I have one user, verizon customer, change his phone number. He now claims to not be able to send out emails, of course he's out of town so I can't check. But is there anything that I need to change...
