We have two 502mr3 clusters. Since two weeks there have been three incidents of people missing their Profile document within de BBProfiles db.

After upgrading the BES from a 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 new users get disabled automaticly after a certain ammount of time. Not all of them but more over time. With disabling a user I mean as Blackberry user....

I though I read that a 5.0 BES supports up to 255 folders and that there is a fix or so in 5.0 MR4 Check Article ID: KB19189
