I agree on this. I granted QuickPull full permisssions. I didn't work, so I deleted it. When I deleted it it took my contacts with it. I had to wipe the phone and reinstall everything to get it back...

I just got my 3rd replacement from VZW (I'm pretty tough on the BB) and I can say that this 3rd one does feel sturdier (no creaking noises) , and the trackwheel is much tighter.
