I spoke to BB support and they suggested that I upgrade to BES 12.5.2, done that and same error.

I can see that the Blackberry Connectivity app is connected, its just the Android for Work doesn't...

I have been working with BB support on this, and they think it could be a bug in the radio module of the 10.3.2 so their design team is investigating... I am very surprised that no one else has...

I think i got it to work, in my case, i had duplicated a user cert rather then a computer type and changed some permissions. Once corrected seems to be working fine. Testing it now.

Few things, RIM support told me the template I was using was wrong and I changed the regkey HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Crytography\MSCEP and changed the values to the correct template.
