Hi, my friend just bought a new bb torch, it was sealed and when he opened it,he discovered its trackpad just wouldn't work at all. Not even a bit :/ this is strange pls help, thanks

Hi just wanted to that do phones have different adaptibilities to different wifi's? Because the problem is that I bought bb 9300 from my friend, his whatsapp and fb would work on wifi without data...

The problem is that this phone of mine was with a friend and I bought it from him, when it was with him, his whatsapp and fb would work on wifi only,but afyer I've bought it, whatsapp and fb only...

Thanks for the help, I have the same problem on my 9300, does this mean getting data plan will automatically help get the proper service books right?
