If you have tried different chargers then problem remains the battery itself. However this is not a big issue you just need to purchase a battery from a good supplier so that you get an original one....

Have you tried a different battery. Is the battery behaving weirdly? This could require a new battery so that you get rid of the constant shutting down.

The blackberry phone uses a data plan to connect to the internet. This is because with the data plan you will access more features from their enterprise server. And you can get emails easily....

This is bad for a newly bought phone. You can just consider taking it back. Meanwhile you can try connecting it to the computer and see how it reacts. Or maybe connect it the power source and reboot...
