I am running Exchange 2003 SP1 on a Windows 2003 (no SP). Anyone upgrade to Exchange 2003 SP2? With Windows SP1?

Any side effects to BB from this upgrade?

what does "filtered" mean?

I have been a BES admin for a few years now...and I never knew or figured out what the filtered column meant within the blackberry admin console... :oops:

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Is it possible anywhere in IT Policy or anywhere in BB management tools to send my company's logo down to each user. I (actually management) wants this to be a global setting.
