Figured it out for anyone interested....

Figured it out for anyone interested. Evidentially Blackberry Manager for Lotus requires Lotus Notes to work so it will not show up unless it is installed first.

The odd thing, we just had to reinstall another one of the admin computers and it shows up fine there, but not on mine. Both machines were done with the same install.

None of the install files...

Shout, thought I had it but it must have been a fluke.

I thought setting the PurgePendingCommand column in the UserConfig table to 1 would do it but that isn't it.
Can't seem to find where this...

Figured it out. I now have a web interface that let's the support center reset an activation password, view statistics for user messages, and purge pending messages. It also logs the activity to a DB...
