The user installed an old version of desktop on a new Windows 7 - 64 bit machine. Once we updated to the latest version we were fine. Thanks.

Working with a Curve 8330. Standalone (No BBS) to be synced with a single computer.

It was backed up and synced with computer that died. We had copies of the Outlook files from the old computer...

We have one email account on the device that is setup on Exchange 2007.

We are having serious sync issues including:

We can wipe the device, but after reactivating we get five inboxes showing...

Working with a BlackBerry Bold and BES.

In Outlook we can see the count of unread messages in a folder.

On the BlackBerry, we can see a total count of unread messages... but this seems to bear...

Working with an 8800 and a PC with XP Pro SP2 and BDM 4.5 (just downloaded).

Single user... no Exchange Server, no BES.

Just BlackBerry, Outlook and BDM on PC.
