That seems to be a firmware issue with you BB 9800 so kindly update your phone to the latest firmware and see if that works or reset it to factory settings.

Might be because of memory issue. Either increases the memory space or removes unwanted apps and sees.

As far as hand free speaker are concern I think “L” and “R” does matter much. We hear the same sound on both.

You cannot manually unlock this phone. You have to go to a reliable website and place the order for unlock code. Then they will provide you a unique code which you have to use to unlock your phone.
