support for the original pearl will stop in the 3rd quarter of 2008

the"a necessary application is missing from the device" is my error, pearl 4.2.1.108. I got it when I connected to the desktop so that I could stop mails...

upgraded to 4.2.1.101- themes issue

after upgrading a users 7130g all themes are icons, before user had scrolled menu list

is it possible to import this from a previous software version.

I have not tried to download any themes...

We also have a 3rd party looking at it. They have had us use same mapi32 on bes as exch, re reg cdo.dll to exchsvr/bin( i thought it had to be system 32, even our provider said this)

noticed last week that devices have an option called "update time" and when selected the time changes to the correct time.Not sure what would happen in a different time zone though

Have the same issue with about 15 of 250+ users. Device models range from 7230-8100.
Rim came back with a " slow force"

basically turn of calendar wireless sync...
