Its ok i called customer support today and i told them wtf u doin prick's adn they said they give me a brandnew phone tomorow! And the software will be preloaded this time! I hope they keep there...

Yeah Vodafone is suppsoed to have it preload on it azwell! Thats the whole problem it shows in Device manager applications thingy!
