That's correct Daphne, it's not like that at all. In my opinion this is a pretty cool app, and will be much more usefull once the full mobile apps are released.

you could be hooped... i had this very same issue a while back, and there was no resolution other than reconnecting to the BES the policies were added through and romoving them.

If you're not running Exchange, Lotus or Groupwise, you would probably be best to go with a hosted BES solution. There are several available if you do a search for it...
