Are we talking about the same program? Under Blackberry Enterprise Server express, it states "No additional software or user license fees"

Well no quiet functioning completely yet. The Service Center Number (SCN) is able to'store' and can now send SMS's but if I reboot the phone for whatever reason the SCN disappears and has to be...

As soon as I click "save" it reboots automatically even in the 'Menu' option.

I followed it from KB14202, again no result after 15mins of the Removal process.
IT POLICY is disabled. This was known from: options -> status (then typing BUYR)

I followed Method 1: IT Policy Removal but the same thing happens it reboots the phone and the number is not stored.
What else can I do? please put a link to instructions if you can
