Stainless Steele, that's why I'm in the process of winding down our BES. Due to the environment I'm in I can't use it like it's supposed to be used. The users run the show here, unfortunately.

Subject says it all. Our former BES admin has moved on, but he used his own personal user name for the "admin user". Wondering if I can just change it to a domain level admin account I've created...

In my case if I open the mailbox test e-mail it breaks the activation. In my case that test e-mail pops into the user's mailbox and then disappears a few seconds later. Try leaving the e-mail alone...

Yes, I already tried using the separate option, but it's pretty clear in the description, and as pointed out above, that it separates SMS and e-mail.
