Do you know if blackberry trade up still work for upgrading cals from bes5 to bes10 ?

Is the trial for 60 users limited for time.
I mean if the server and service will be available for 90 days only , or something like that?

SQL we have as prerequisite prior install BB of course.
But how exactly would be moved the config DB to new SQL ?
