We have Boxtone with the SCOM plug in so Boxtone is feeding alerts into SCOM. Works ok. Big fan of Boxtone, good stuff.

For what it is worth, I have a remote BAS install and the logs are in the standard directory. Also running 2008 SP2, BES 5.0.1..

But built the servers at this ver. so might be a upgrade related...

Ok, building a new Blackberry Domain at 5.0.1. Installed BAS first and let it create the sql dB. Then installed a BES only server.

Launched the BAS web page and it loaded fine, BUT only the BAS...

Kind of a poor mans way, but If you have a pc that you can remote control in one of these offices, install the desktop manager there and have the users connect there devices and delete the contacts...
