So if you go into Wi-Fi Connections from Options, and go to Wi-Fi Diagnostics, then hit the BB button and select options and change display mode to Advanced...you should see:

your access point...

I upgraded .147 > .162 today...process appeared to go OK, but it would Bold communicate with DM after...it connects but when I try to actuslly do install or interact with it it pops up some message...

No you don't is the simple answer - I am also on Orange UK and just leave my wireless on when at home and in the office etc...it just connects to my Wi-Fi and uses that as available.
