I have truly never heard of something like this going on and I have had my Tour for the 2 years since i'ts intro.

I have the 5 icons on my main doc and of course the speaker icon on the upper left...

This actually is a pretty easy fix that nobody thinks about. Over at Crackberry.com there are several threads under the Tour that you can read, see my comments and agreement of many so here it is......

If you used DM to do this OS upgrade then the upgrade would have done a backup before the upgrade, Asked what you want to back up, wiped your device or his and then proceeded with the install of the...

My Tour 9630 from day one and BTW I always turn my phone off to charge it has blinked Green while off and charging and once fully charged it thens turns the solid Green.
