Sorry to thread fork... but I was curious about the weekly restart also. We reboot Exchange 07 maybe once a month if that and that's due to the regular MS updates requiring a reboot.

But I'd rather have the BB monitoring on a different server. If the BES server goes down, the monitoring may go down with it.

I don't think it's recommended. If I had to (and I didn't have too many users), I'd install VMware Server on the Exchange box and run BES as a virtual machine.

Check your logs and update to SP5

I believe SP5 is out so you can update your BES to 4.1.5
Are you running BES on the same server as your mail server?
Do you have s/mime turned on?

Check the logs for warnings.
