If you have Cingular you just go their website and under shop hit ringtone and more. Then on that page should be an option for Answer tones. If you click on that it will bring you to a seperate page...

When you run JL_CMDER it wipes everything off the phone. The 543 error means there is no OS on your phone. Try to reload the new update and it should work just make sure you don't unplug your phone...
