For "solution" of that problem we moved 5000 of 8000 folders in a second mailbox with full-permission to each other.
As of now the device syncs only the remaining 3000 folders in a normal time...

Is there a solution to fix that issue?
I already changed the sync to 3 days - other mailboxes are running on 30 days without problems.

Does anybody had already problems with a mailbox with a huge count of subfolders, like 8000?
One user with 37000mails/560mb/enterprisevault make already problems on activesync/blackberrybalance....
