Everytime you restart your bb, the application is disabled for some reason.

Go to Options/security options/memory cleaning

There you can choose to enable it.

Nope. It doesn't appear to be theme related. I have tried 3 different themes and still no go.

It looks like this is only with Tmobile users except that Black Betty has it working.

On .18, all I had to do was open an email/hit menu/empower options/register now./
With this OS, I don't get Empower...
