Their forums are OK, but I much prefer this one.

There's something about the Blackberry support site as a whole, I just don't like. The interface is horrible to navigate.

And . . . . the on line ticket submission has been broke for ever it seems. I've e-mailed both [email address]

(didn't receive a reply from either), and called support to report it's broken.
