Both, Id like to be able to troubleshoot an activation issue or a send/recieve issue 'easier' I realize parsing the log isnt the end all be all but it can certainly help, espically in the case where the user shoot thier foot off.. like changing the name of thier notes folder, parsing the log will tell you this.
as well as troubleshooting.. id like to be able to snapshot the performance of the BES server and provide mgmt with a point in time report of anything important..
