If you are using BIS, you have to restart your blackberry and activate the blackberry service again with your network, you can do it checking yor email configuration or getting your battery out, the browser icon will come back.

I checked with vodafone and they forgot to activate my BIS abo, so after the update I only had the vodafone browser left. After the activation, I rebooted the storm and itīs all good now! The browser is back and I'm able to recieve email etc.
