Everything is gone. I'm wide open to suggestions here as I'm completely baffled. I checked with IT and they didn't do anything on their end related to the BES. All of my other BES info is still there (contacts, calendar, etc.) as are my call logs.
- BIS messages gone
- BES Messages gone
- SMS, MMS gone
- Keep messages set at 30 days, has been for some time
- 41mb of free memory
- Reconciliation is same as it's been, no change recently.
- Am still receiving messages, ables to send messages with all accounts
- Don't have a recent backup
- Messages are still on the BES server and in Gmail inbox- just disappeared from BB
- They were there no more than an hour ago.
- BB was sitting in a holster, untouched.
