I started using my daughter's 8100 on Feb 2nd this year and was hooked on BB after only a week. I upgraded to a 8320 on Mar 30. Was getting comfy with the 8100 Suretype and one-handed typing, but except for having to correct a few typos I liked the 8320 form factor. Tmo lowered the price of the 8900 last Tuesday, so since I was within 14 days, was able to upgrade to the 8900 on April 7th. I am impressed with the 8900 and don't have to check avail memory on a regular basis. I like the screen resolution as well. My only issue was that I couldn't get BBweather to work, but then found the lastest version (beta?) that works like a champ.

I would go for it.
