Interstingly enough, while the 4.5 OS's (and I've downloaded and installed about 10 of them) contain Chinese languages, they do not contain all of the input languages that the earlier versions include. I have some users in China that need the Pinyin input language, and no matter what carrier I downloaded a 4.5 OS from, there was no Pinyin input language.

Right now their only option is to either upgrade (which isn't really an option due to cost cutting) or stay at the 4.2 OS they were using.

Unless someone can send me instructions for ripping the Pinyin input language out of the 4.2 OS and install it in a 4.5 OS....
