Well, I installed the new T-Mobile release of 231. After running Module Remover before the install, current free space is 142054672 Bytes (135.47MB). That is with the following apps installed:

BBSmart Alarms Pro
BBWeather
BeFTP
YouVersion Bible
BlackBerry App World
BlackBerry Messenger
BrickBreaker
iVista2 (Theme)
FaceBook
FileScout
FreeTips (Tip Calculator)
Gmail
Google Maps
Google Sync
IM+ (All-in-one IM app)
Klondike (Card game)
LEDReset (Resets stuck LED)
Mango (Manga reader)
Medieval Kings Chess 2 (Chess game)

MyFavs (T-Mobile 5 app)

SlingPlayer Mobile
StartMeUp (Starts apps that don't normally start after reboot)
