I'm sorry to bring this subject up as i've read this is a constant issue...

I tried to update my blackberry 8350i with the desktop manager and came back and the PC said a fatal error occured... The image on my blackberry read "reload software: 507.

I've gone though the apploader stage with no luck...I get this message "The blackberry desktop software does not have the blackberry device softare for the divice that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

How and where can I don't the OS? Any info would be greatly appreciated...
