I have a client that purchased a trade up key and some CALs for the BES SBE server. They did the in place upgrade and everything came back fine, but when they try to add their cals, it gives them the "existing license permits a maximum of 15 users" message. The funny thing is it lets them add up to 20 CALs. Once they try to add more past 20, is when they get the message? Any ideas?????

They used the trade up key to install 5.0 and it includes 5 cals. It doesn't matter what order i add/remove the cals it gives the same problem, of course it doesn't let me remove the original trade up key, but the others doesn't seem to matter what order.
