Hi everyone,
First of all i'm belgian so my English might be a little lousy, please excuse me for this.
So I have my BB for like 4 months and I never had a single problem until today!
I connected my phone to my computer (mac) apparently there is a new update for the software of the phone and my computer tried to install it but i don't know why it didn't work the first time and my screen was telling this: Error 200 app reset. Then I connected my phone again to my computer and the problem solved itself but now, 1) my phone is in English, 2) I can't see my e-mails anymore although my email adress is registered 3) My BBM has vanished....
It would be wonderfull if somebody could help me I don't know what to do! THank you very much!
