With a pristine device with no software installed, there is only but a few possiblilites....
1. Someone inside rim is stalking you
2. Someone at your carrier is stalking you.
3. You need a bigger tinfoil hat.
The reason everyone everywhere says your story is BS is because its pretty far fetched.
New device. No email attached to it. Data not enabled, but somehow, magically, someone is controlling your device.
