Hi,

Yes, all 6 BES use the same SQL database. I have tried to explain to the customer that we need to bring all 6 BES down at the same time, backup the SQL DB and then install SP7 & MR2 to each BES on the same night. They are adamant that the downtime is unacceptable and require that the upgrades are staggered over a few nights. We would prefer not to be running 4.1.6 servers under a 4.1.7 schema but the customer insist that their carrier have told them there will not be an issue without compatability.
