Not sure.
I know--or at least it's the way I remember--that on 4.x OS versions the LBS app was BlackBerry Maps. On 5.0 I see BlackBerry Maps and no LBS.
I guess if it were me I would first connect to desktop manager and take a look. It will show you what is installed.
