Hello,

I'm having the same problem, my Windows 2008 NLB is configured correctly Multiple Host affinity single. The CAS Array is working fine, but some Users couldn't be initialized. So I configured the NLB to single host and all mailboxes working fine on my BES. But this configuration doesn't make much sense, because every MAPI Connection will be handled by only one host instead of our 4 CAS Servers. I'm using Windows 2008 R2 with igmp Multicast NLB, the BES is Windows 2008 R2 too and the IP is on the Subnet like the CAS Server.
