I'm hearing now this is deliberate in the WiFi-only model for "security" reasons, since
presumably admins can't trust users to connect to trusted WiFi hotspots. Meaning the WiFi Playbook is being positioned exclusively as a corporate device.
So much for being an iPad competitor.
