Hello,

We are using BES in version 4.1.6.
Some users have reported the following isue (that I have reproduced with our test device):
If we choose not to redirect a number of outlook folders from the BES Manager, the emails contained in those folders are not visible from the blackberry device - which is correct, however the folder themselves are visible in the folder list.
Some of our users complain that this is a confidentiality issue for them.

Could anyone provide assistance in troubleshooting, I am quite the beginner with Blackberry.
