Hello everybody.
I'm quite new in the BlackBerry world. I have a new BB 9800 and I need some help to understand some things.

I dont know if is my device that is having problem but i realized that i have installed the BB map application. The fact is that i cant use it, cant open it and i cant see any icon on the tray. Someone know why?

I will move to live in Uk soon and i have a UK sim ( carrier: virgin media ). I wanted to know how can i use the BB messenger. I need to activate something with my sim card? Is that service require internet connection?
