Hi there,

I have a Curve 8520, which I've had for round about a month or two now.
I'm experiencing problems with my Blackberry Desktop Manager, however, and wonder if some of you out there know what can be done to fix it?

I want to try load some songs onto my device, so I plug it in, then go into the Blackberry Desktop Device program. When I go into the main menu, I click on the Media Manager icon, and normally it would just open up and I'd be fine from there. But recently, when I do click on the icon, a pop-up page comes up saying, "Runtime Error".
I've tried re-installing it, but to no avail.

Please let me know if there's a way to fix this problem, it's really fustrating! It won't let me go into the program.
